The bad and good in the new student loan regs (SLP Insiders)

I'm about 250 pages in to the 600+ pages of the new student loan regulations released last week. A few things jumped out at me, and I'll probably have more to share as I work my way through the new rules. The highlights: Payments made under the RAP plan will not count towards other IDR plans. While RAP plan payments will count towards PSLF, they will not count towards forgiveness under other IDR plans such as IBR. So the loophole of "pay on RAP for the interest subsidy and then switch to IBR"...
